Our eye doctor, Dr. Dang is an optometrist dedicated to his Missouri City community and his country. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.Sc. in Biology, getting his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and his Doctor of Optometry from University of Houston, Dr. Dang was commissioned, in 2001, as a Navy Lieutenant in the Navy Medical Service Corps, where he served until June 2009.
He finished his military service with the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and holds several military awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. Dr. Dang is also a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and the Contact Lens Society of America and has authored articles for several respected professional optometric journals.
